Take County Road 292 West from the community of Eolian for about two miles. The ranch is on the South side of the road.

Elevations on the ranch range from 1295′ on the north end, down to 1250′ along the creek. Annual rainfall in Stephens County averages 26.4″ per year, and the growing season averages 222 days, according to the Texas Almanac.

Cover:

The ranch has diverse tree and brush coverage, which helps hold wildlife. Coverage ranges from very thick along the creek, to areas that have been thinned out in years past.
