This 1920± acres is located just north of Post and straddles the border between Garza and Crosby Counties.
Driving Directions
From Post, take State Highway 207 north for approximately 11 miles. Turn east on CR 134 for 3 miles, then head north on CR 227. Follow for 3 miles, then turn east on CR 238. The gate will be approximately 1/2 mile on the south side of CR 238.

The ranch consists of approximately 1920 acres all in native improved pastures.

Topography:

The ranch is nearly level to rolling sandy hills. There is around 80 feet of elevation change, creating beautiful sweeping views of the surrounding area, including the Caprock Escarpment to the north and west.

Rainfall and Elevation:

Garza County receives an average of right at 19 inches of rainfall annually according to the Texas Almanac online.

Cover:

As the name suggests, the ranch has a really good mix of cover that creates abundant quail habitat. Much of the ranch is shin oak with Lote bush, mesquite, and hackberry scattered throughout.

Fences:

Water:
