Crissy Ward has called Abilene and the Big Country home for more than 40 years. Born and raised in Abilene, she graduated from Wylie High School and attended Hardin-Simmons University.
A builder’s daughter, Crissy grew up immersed in the world of construction and real estate. She has worked alongside her father, Mike Ward of Mike Ward Custom Homes, on numerous projects, including designing and building her own home in 2018. Her lifelong exposure to the building industry naturally led her into real estate, where she became a licensed Realtor® in 2017.
Crissy’s passion for new construction, remodeling, and helping people find their dream homes has shaped her career. She has personally remodeled and flipped several homes and hopes to continue blending her design eye with her real estate expertise. Active in the local building community, she currently serves as first vice president and ways and means chairperson on the board of the Professional Women in Builders Association.
While her career path has included various roles, each has centered around serving people and helping them take the next step in life. As a Realtor®, Crissy brings that same heart for service to every client she represents. Whether assisting with a new build, remodel, first home, or farm and ranch property, she walks alongside her clients through every stage of the process – making it as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Crissy is proud to serve families, investors, and buyers throughout the Big Country and beyond. She looks forward to helping others find the perfect place to call home.
Outside of real estate, Crissy is a passionate hobby beekeeper and serves on the Big Country Beekeepers Association board of directors. She even helps relocate hives when needed. When she’s not working or tending to her bees, you might find her cycling along FM 1750 or around Buffalo Gap and Tuscola – logging between 30 and 60 miles a week.
