Kim Greenfield

Kimberly Greenfield is a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser and licensed Real Estate Agent with Ekdahl Real Estate. She began her appraisal career in 1997 under the guidance of her father, Edward Ekdahl, and has developed a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and market insight.

Kim provides appraisal services across a wide region of Texas – from Del Rio to Wichita Falls – bringing trusted expertise to a diverse range of properties and clients. Her dual licensing gives clients an advantage in making informed, confident decisions.

Kim holds a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, Class of 1987.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, cooking, and teaching Bible, which reflect her commitment to both personal discipline and community.
