Will Cradduck

Will Cradduck brings a unique blend of expertise in land management and a passion for the great outdoors to his role at Ekdahl Real Estate. Growing up ranching in Aspermont, Texas, with his parents, Don and Judy Cradduck, Will developed a deep connection to the land and its resources.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science, an master’s degree in animal nutrition, and a doctorate in agronomy from Texas Tech University. His academic and professional background includes working on the Texas Alliance for Water Conservation project and collaborating with cattle producers to optimize land and water use.

Will’s commitment to preserving Texas heritage led him to the Texas Historical Commission, where he manages the Official State of Texas Longhorn Herd. This role has allowed him to share his love for ranching and cultural history with communities throughout the state.

Will lives in Albany, Texas, with his wife Nikki and their three children: Mason, Dylan, and Madeline. His passion for farm and ranch real estate is fueled by his lifelong fascination with land stewardship and his desire to help others achieve their dreams of outdoor living.

When he’s not assisting clients, Will enjoys working on vintage trucks and tractors, outdoor cooking, and enhancing local events through his involvement with the Texas Forts Trail. Will’s mission is to provide clients with exceptional service and help them find properties that will bring joy and opportunity for generations to come.
