Details

Acreage:

This property is 65.5± acres; 41 acres are in improved grass.

Topography:

This property is fairly flat with a slight slope from the south to the north. Water flows across the western side of the property through the wooded area. Some of that water, as well as the bulk of the water of the neighboring property is diverted to the pond by the diversion dam running from the western edge, across the southern wooded area, to the pond.
