The historical T-Diamond Ranch owned by the Bryan family is being offered up for sale for the first time in over 100 years. The 5780±- acre ranch was founded in the late 1800s along the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos River. The view from the modern-day lodge is spectacular both day and night. During the day, the first thing you see from the pristine, picturesque glass windows on the front of the lodge is the Double Mountains of Stonewall County. It is like you can reach out and touch them! At night, you can view the millions of stars only seen in the dark West Texas sky.

The ranch has had an intensive range and wildlife management program in place for the last 25-30 years, which has earned it a nationwide reputation.

The ranch has received numerous awards and recognition for its management work from NRCS, FSA, and Quail Research Ranch in Roby. Texas Tech Quail Research Programs and has served as a field trip study area for most of these entities.
